Brooke In The Air Travel is indemnified under California state law against any and all claims to lost luggage, bags, personal possessions etc. As subscribers or clients of Brooke In The Air Travel, those persons assume all liability and agree to independent arbitration to settle all legal disputes should any arise; furthermore, travel clients surrender i.e. forfeit any and all rights to any lawsuits against Brooke In The Air Travel.
It is the official and legal policy of Brooke In The Air Travel to never give out any personal information to anyone.
Authorities are included in this statement unless, and until, they produce a warrant to force compliance. HIPAA must and will be followed as is appropriate.
All state and federal privacy laws will be strictly adhered to at all times.
